An extensive and delicious selection of seafood, steak and pasta, with fresh, locally sourced mud crab and crayfish available from the live tank. Menu items are coded to assist those with specific dietary requirements. The Raw Prawn offers a unique private function room facility. Located upstairs from the main restaurant, the function room has its own bar, is air-conditioned and provides welcoming ocean views over the Cairns Esplanade.

The function room offers a great location for birthday parties, baby showers, hens/bucks nights and wedding receptions. It is well suited to business meetings and presentations with a projector, screen and television available for use. The private space has flexible seating arrangements for sit down dining or cocktail style functions of up to 40 people.

Had the Moreton Bay Bugs and the Seafood spaghetti. Everything was amazing including the service which was very efficient. Would highly recommend eating here and we would definitely go again!

Absolutely wonderful. Awesome food for decent price. Had one of the nicest steaks in a long time. My wife had the prawns and bugs and was equally happy. Highly recommend

Had an amazing dinner! Service was absolutely outstanding and the food was very enjoyable. Big thank you to Dominic who was our server! Very friendly and accomodating to our needs! He definitely deserves a pay rise this guy!!! Definitely will be travelling back 17 hours to enjoy the food and service from establishment 100%!

No mud crabs. No Crayfish. No oysters (but in fairness, not their fault as a disease has halted supply) Prawns and Bugs both from frozen and very disappointing. On a positive, service was friendly and prompt. Steaks were perfectly cooked to order and nice.

My partner and I came here last January for dinner, it was the the most delicious meal that I have ever eaten! All the staff are lovely too. We’re from NSW and afterwards I kept saying that I would book another holiday to Cairns just so we could eat here again 🙌🏼

Had dinner here on our first night in Cairns. Our waiter was on the ball,when our bottle was empty,he would ask if we would like another one.The rest of the staff were very friendly. The food was very tasty,it came out very quick, but some were big and some were small for the price.They had a great selection of wines.There was live mud Crabs in a tank that you could pick and they would cook them for you.There was a disabled toilet out the back and was quite easy to get too.The atmosphere was good,we had a table of 8 and we could hear everyone talk
