The Rehab Hub is Queensland's ultimate Rehab destination, athletes have access to 1x one on one weekly consultation and physiotherapist guided rehab sessions 5 days per week integrating with their sports performance coach along the way.Every youth athlete in this program is assigned a mentor coach who specifically creates their own customised program, tailored to our athlete's initial performance testing results and sports specific needs.

The Rehab Hub is Queensland's most extensive Athlete Return to sport program. Led by experienced dual degree Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, our experienced team can guide you through the Rehab journey from the day of injury to the moment you return to sport. Whether you are managing a long-term injury, experienced a recent sporting injury or looking to up-level your injury prevention the Rehab Hub program is the solution.
The Junior Athlete Hub is the future of Teenage Resistance training. With specific programs delivered to suit the age, physical capabilities and maturity of each athlete, our youth can have confidence that their program is designed for them. Every youth athlete in this program is assigned a mentor coach who specifically creates their own customised program, tailored to our athlete's initial performance testing results and sports specific needs.
Resistance Sports Science is equipped with an extensive Rehab & Recovery team built and formulated to maximise our athlete's efforts and recovery times. Our Physiotherapists team use an elite-athlete environment model by integrating with our team of expert Exercise Scientists and Exercise Physiologists following a personalised training program.
Sports Massage is a type of massage focusing on loosening muscle fibres caused by sport-related tension, and is helpful for aiding performance. The treatment of a Sports Massage can vary depending on the injury or needs of the individual and can include soft tissue, deep tissue and the whole body. Sports massage is designed to help athletes before, during and after training.

After struggling with injuries whilst training for an Ironman I came across resistance sports science. Drew was instrumental in ensuring I made to the start line injury free and managed to achieve my goals. Renee Martin was also key to ensuring I was fuelling correctly for the amount of training I was doing and helped me to develop a nutrition plan for my event which was nearly 12 hours in length. If you're looking for a gym that has all the expertise to improve your performance with just your general fitness I highly recommend getting in touch, you won't regret it.

Tash And I have been very fortunate to work with Renee Martin the Sports Dietitian at Resistance Sport Science. She has been amazing helping us to look at our diets differently. Teaching us about fueling our body which is so important as athletes. Would highly recommend her!

Daniel from Resistance not only knows his stuff but is warm, welcoming and always open for a conversation and feedback. I was an athlete since the age of 9 and in my time I’ve dealt with many many physio’s, osteos, chiros. Daniel definitely stands out from the rest. I did my L4 and L5 disks and has significant nerve pain and was bed bound the majority of the 6 months. Daniel was patient, he created a program designed for me and my injuries and he got me up to a standard I didn’t think was possible after my injury. His gym has a fantastic vibe and the other staff in the gym are super helpful

I have been training with Resistance Sports Science for over a year now and they have immensely helped me with a sporting injury that I had while training to represent Australia on the world stage. They have given me sports specific strength and conditioning programs as well as improving my general fitness. The staff are extremely fun and welcoming and the gym is always clean. I am very happy with this venue and will be working with them in the future as I believe they have the knowledge that will help me succeed as an Australian Athlete. Very grateful.

Resistance Sports Science has assisted me so much with a back injury I have had for years. I had a prolapsed disc which was extremely uncomfortable and since I have been to see their coaches, I have learnt how to manage my pain and increase my strength. Alongside their excellent and qualified coaches, I had the opportunity to see a physio when needed as well as receive remedial massages once every couple of weeks when I felt my muscles were a bit tight. It is such an excellent community there and I really enjoyed training at Resistance Sports Science in Enoggera!
It is certainly the home for athletes

After rupturing my ACL I literally had no idea on what I needed to do in order to get myself back to sport however luckily I found the team at Resistance sports science. I was pretty certain that I was never going to play sport again or live an active lifestyle however six months since my first session the progression I have made is outstanding. I have received nothing but constant support and guidance from the team with all my programs always individually catered to my goals and rehab journey. It’s awesome to be able to train in a place with like minded individuals whilst receiving support both

Resistance Sport Science has the most amazing team and friendly staff. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, who is looking for a friendly, welcoming gym in the Brisbane area. their ability to encompass all things fitness into such a tiny space is absolutely astounding, they have everything from a fully functioning gym, exercise physiologists, nutritionists, physios, and massage therapists. Their ability to envelop, everyone from elite athletes to the athlete's recovering from injuries is like no other gym found in Brisbane. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone and everyone.

I have suffered from a back injury for many years. After seeing Dan plus the physio & massage team, I have seen an incredible improvement throughout my Rehab. I can now play AFL again pain free without worrying about back pain.
Not only did they fix my back but also created a sports specific program to get me back to playing footy confidently.
This is hands down the best gym in Brisbane located down in Enoggera. I highly recommend training at this gym with such fantastic coaches and staff!!
