Core Align is designed to improve musculoskeletal function by challenging core stability while performing bilateral movement patterns on loaded platforms. Ideally suited to the intermediate to advanced user who needs more of a functional challenge to their core control. Incorporated as part of your Pilates routine or as a standalone half hour workout, the Core Align fits perfectly into the Pilates philosophy.
At Pilates on Macgregor, we are proud to have assisted many people to improve their quality of life, mobility and strength. An accident in a yoga class left me with badly damaged ligaments in my lower back. I was unable to bend forward and in serious pain. Simple household chores were impossible to do, and my artwork stopped.
Your Pilates sessions are tailored to your requirements. All new clients are introduced to the Pilates Method with an initial 1:1 consultation and assessment. Allow up 1.5 hours. After your initial consultation, you book for a 1 hour session during the studio open hours. This allows us to ensure client numbers are limited to a maximum of 4 per instructor.
