This place is a gem. The food is on point. We had the Lamb Flatbread. It was everything I want in a meal when I eat out. The Zucchini salad with fresh mint and parsley were so good. The Koftas were tasty homemade affairs with pistachio and the Labneh and Homous perfect. Nice coffee too. Been a few times but this was outstanding. Highly recommend and well priced. If I didnt know I was in the homemaker centre in Caso... i could have easily thought i was eating somewhere on the Mediterranean.....oh and the flatbread is fresh and homemade.

Had breakfast here after a gym session..food is delicious and freshly squeezed juice is perfect for hydration! Had a cappuccino after which was just what was needed after a big meal. Highly recommend a visit here.

Friendly staff, great good, excellent coffee; all round great value. I had the HG Benny with house cured salmon. If you like eggs Benedict, its a must try. My haughter loved the hotcakes.

We visited Hudson George over the long weekend and were pleasantly surprised. It has been recently refurbished and is a lovely, light filled space with a bit of a Hampton's vibe. It’s certainly the most atmospheric and welcoming establishment in the business district of Castle Hill, and it is handily located in the Homemaker Centre, so perfect before or after a spot of shopping.
