EDITED - because the owner did not understand my review so I’ve left a reply to her poor excuses in caps.
30 minute wait for a toasted wrap that wasn’t even wrapped properly. A piece of chicken fell out as I was taking the wrap out of the brown paper bag (pictured) and a piece of pumpkin was left inside the bag as well (THIS WAS BECAUSE YOU WRAPPED IT POORLY AND WAS AN INCONVENIENCE DUE TO YOUR POOR SERVICE AND CARE). It would have been somewhat acceptable had the cafe been busy but when I ordered it was basically empty, as other people were finishing up and receiving their orders (IF MY ORDER

HEAT & EAT MENU IS AMAZING!!!!
I received my heat & eat meals this week and they’ve all been amazing! So delicious and nutritious! Portion size is perfect and even though it’s take away it definitely has that home cooked made with love feel!
Can’t wait to try some other menu options!

I’m sorry but all the good reviews must be by friends or family.
I ordered a chicken schnitzel roll meal with cheese and onion extra and it came to $23!!!!
That is a absolutely ridiculous price for takeaway food. Waited 15 minutes for it too.
And I could have counted the portion of chips I received on both hands.
Will never go back.
Burger wasn’t bad but not worth anything near $23!
