UPDATE. Never finished my bathroom lied and said I refused access and cancelled the contract, check their FB page and you’ll see they delete any negative honest comments and pay for their positive ones Scam scam company actually a relief not to have to deal with them, horrible people from woe to go. Have had many poor people contact me with similar experiences and same inefficient site manager James. Honestly run a mile from these people…..My nightmare bathroom, worked hard saved hard the bathroom of my dreams ended up a nightmare....Don’t go there!! Worst experience ever, completely unprofessional

Chrystal Bathrooms did a fantastic job remodeling our main and en suite bathrooms by better utilizing the space. When adding extra space into the main bathroom taken from the en suite, they managed to design the different ceiling heights to become a feature in the main bathroom for the placement of the bath/shower. Chrystal Bathrooms managed the whole project from a great design (using VR to view), ensuring the remodeling met the house structure and coordinating the job to a great timeline. The team are very professional, easy and friendly to deal with and even made time to get to know our pets

I wholeheartedly recommend Crystal Bathrooms if you are after a cost-effective and timely renovation that looks as neat and glam as the 3D pictures. We renovated 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet with Crystal (2 separate apartments) as 2 distinct projects. Each took only 3.5 weeks from demolition to final handover - a bloody miracle! The quote was responsive to our requirements and the contract was clear and comprehensive. The quote was also exactly what they delivered so check the details to make sure all the correct fixtures are included and be diligent. Other people who quoted us fiddled with inclusions

DON’T DO IT!!!
I chose this company (also known as Clientel Developments) because they were local but will certainly regret that decision for a long time to come!!! I paid $7000 to have a bath tub removed and replaced with a walk-in shower, after doing some of the initial demolition myself. When quoted, I was told it was a three day job. After they had my deposit, the foreman said it would take five days. The whole renovation ended up taking 15 work days, due to only getting one or two little things done in a day, regular mistakes and multiple no-shows!

Crystal Bathrooms completed a full bathroom renovation for our apartment en-suite which was over 20 years old and in much need of redoing. We got a great initial design and all the adjustments we asked for. Our foreman Peter was a pleasure to work with and helped resolve a few surprises along the way with the project (as happens with any project). Peter's professionalism and attention to detail helped us achieve the high standard finish we were hoping for. We would happily work with him on any future renovation.
