Whilst I can't say this about all of the agents that I've encountered, Sharlene Law (Senior Property Manager at Noel Jones) has provided exceptional service from the moment she took over the management of the property that I was leasing. As a tenant, it can be difficult to feel like you've been listened to or acknowledged. His consistently prompt responses removed a lot of the stress from one of the biggest decision we have made in our lives so far.

We recently had the wonderful opportunity of dealing with Kate Abdulovski from the Noel Jones property management team and she was an absolute delight to work with. Having personally been involved in the real estate industry for over 10 years i know that the level of services in property management leaves a lot to be desired and Kate is an exception to this. We looked at using 2 other agents before Noel Jones and when these agents didn't even call me back as a prospective landlord - i could only fear for the service they would deliver throughout our engagement or for the family that would be renting

We had a good experience with Noel Jones Camberwell as tenants. A special mention goes to our property Manager Curtis Moore, he was very fair, approachable, efficient and quick to respond to any requests/queries. Nothing was a problem for him as he managed to always find a solution for us. He truly cared about the tenants and was able to liaise effectively with all parties under any circumstance. He is a very valuable asset to the Noel Jones Team.

I actually had no idea that the service I was getting from my old property managers was so lack luster until I went with Noel Jones Camberwell. I have been pleasantly surprised but their attention to detail but most importantly how proactive they have been. Curtis - our property manager - has been on top of all communication and is incredibly professional.

Hands down the best service I have received from a real estate leasing agency in recent times. Having enquired with several agents about leasing my property, it was Kate Abdulovski from Noel Jones who responded promptly and came to me with comparable market data. She was non pushy and made sure that her quotes were realistic and representative of current market conditions. Most importantly, she has an eye for picking tenants that are responsible, mature and pay on time.
