At Beach Fit the way we train is what sets us apart. We don't believe in a single best training method. When you focus too much on one you miss out on the rest. Yoga, HIIT, steady state cardio, strength training, metabolic conditioning all have there benefits. That's why we believe the best training method is a blend of all of them, taking the best parts of each and leaving the rest behind.

Our training aims to maximise fitness, whilst restoring your posture and improving movement patterns for happy joints and long term health, not just a short term goal. Sharon was your typical hard working mum. Long work hours, only to come home to cook and look after the family. Doing this day-in, day-out took its toll on her waistline.

At Beach Fit Personal Training we believe that with a little bit of guidance, you can reach your ultimate health and fitness goals and discover a better you. Beach Fit Personal Training first opened in 2009 in the Newcastle region as a small, outdoor personal training business.

Through word of mouth from raving clients that experienced exceptional results thanks to the committed and expert Beach Fit team, the business has grown dramatically to become one of the region's leading personal training businesses.
Beach Fit Personal Training's one-on-one training is a blend of fun, great workouts and results. Our goal is to make your goals happen. Whether it's being able to run a kilometer or running a marathon, we'll keep you motivated and ensure you achieve maximum results in minimum time. Your personal coach will teach you how to eat, how to train safely and how to enjoy exercise.
In our small group training you will do a variety of training styles from weight training, to boxing, kettlebells to cardio all deigned to have you feeling healthier and looking spectacular. It doesn't matter if you've trained for years or are a first timer all exercises are scaled for you. When you do small group training you are never just one in a crowd.
In our weight and strength training group you are given your own personalised training program based on your experience and goals. You are taught how to perform each and every exercise in your program correctly and given a new program every 4-6 weeks. We will help you with any questions you have on nutrition and supplements to ensure excellent progress.

So you want a personal trainer who actually gives you personalised training? This is THE place to start and stay. It doesn't matter where you are at in your journey, Steve will tailor your program to you. It's not going to be easy but I guarantee you will get results.

Love working out with Beach Fit! The workouts are always varied, so I don't get bored. Steve, the head trainer, is very knowledgeable and likes to discuss all aspects of working out and living healthy. He takes into account everyone's fitness level, knows about injuries and limitations and is able to tailor the workout so that it is safe and still effective. A very enjoyable place to workout at!!

Cherie and Steve are great. The workout is always varied, you never become bored with it, they watch your technique to make sure that you're safe while using maximum effort, the heart rate is definitely elevated during the workout and often after the workout. I've become much fitter and stronger. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to improve their fitness.

I have definitely seen improvements in my fitness level since starting my training with Beach fit. I have never done any proper strength training before, but even only doing it once a week I can see that my fitness in other areas such as running and cycling have improved at a rate faster than in previous years when I trained by myself. I can now comfortably run at 12 kph and cycle up hills at 4% incline. Steve knows how to push you and get the most out of your sessions, and show you how to exercise in proper form. I haven't had any injuries from any sessions but I always feel exhausted afterwards
