Gyms in Newcastle can become very crowded, especially in peak times. In our private personal training studio, there are never more than a handful of fitness trainers running 1-on-1 sessions at a time. Even the group fitness sessions are limited to small numbers and there is usually no contracts. Good Personal Trainers work closely with their clients to achieve outstanding results.
Sure! We've had qualified Dieticians develop meal plan variations suited for our clients goals. Our Personal Trainers are also high educated in being able to guide you in the right direction. No! We will never put you on a fad diet. However there are recommended guidelines that you should be following in order to get your ideal body.

I’ve been training for a month at Wellfit. Daniel has been extremely accommodating working around my constantly changing work schedule to ensure I get my sessions in. I’ve never...and I mean never worked as hard at a gym. However the workouts are varied and concise which makes the session fly. So happy to have found this place.

Best money I've ever spent! Excellent, informed exercises to improve general fitness or specific training or injury recovery. Personal training is the only thing that gets me past the "I'll do it a little later..."... if I remember to do it at all. It also is the personal supervision to guide me in doing all of the exercises/stretches correctly. My general fitness has increased dramatically and I can't imagine ever ceasing this very important aspect of improving my personal health. Thank you Nathan and Wellfit!
