I wouldn't recommend renting from this agency. If you do, make sure you go into smallest details on pre inspection documents ( including dust or spider's web on outdoor lights, or fingerprint on oven after professionally cleaning it etc). Also I would recommend referring to your own video and photos on the same document before moving in and using third party on inspection when moving out.

Rebecca's communication through out the process of our house sale was excellent. The knowledge she obtains and can seek with in the current market was very beneficial with our sale. We rate Rebecca as an outstanding agent who made the process of selling our family home an absolute pleasure.
