Saved me doing all the run around to find a good agent especially as I don't live in the state where my property for sale is. Open agent are polite, easy to deal with and good at communicating. Had my list of top agents in the area straight away and those agents contacted me that day. My property is now currently listed for sale with one of them

In the Open Agent August 2019 article "Top 10 Home Stagers in Sydney" they listed a company that no longer exists and they offer no explanation or assessment methodology as to why they have selected the 10 in their article. They leave out many longstanding Sydney property styling companies (Valiant, Furnish and Finish, Guest Group, Pabs, Living Edge) who would each style hundreds if not thousands of Sydney properties a year and have been in existence for 20/30 years plus. The fact that they have included a company that does not exist and they exclude many long established and successful providers

Beware of this, you do not have access to all agents in an area, i think agents must pay them to be on their so call recommended list. As you get harrassed by agents that are not the most prominent in the area or the closest. My dad was getting called from an agent 2 suburbs away
So someone that charges 20% of the agents fee with only a small portion of agents taking part....Answer consumers will pay 20% extra on agents fees as agents more then likely have there minimum set fees. Better dealing directly with agents for the best fee rather then a middle man telling you who to use because they are

OpenAgent is one of the few credible Real Estate Agent comparison websites because they actually research the leading agent in an area.
Most of the other agent comparison websites throw your contact details to a big pool of agents who have simply registered to their website with no sceening of ability or local results.
OpenAgent also has a great agent review facility.
