I decide to make a booking at Dental Studio, since is near my house. However when I tried to make a booking, I was asked to make $50 deposit for the booking? And, I need to provide my credit card details? I been to other dental clinic and I never been asked to make a deposit or provide my credit card details upfront. I wonder if this is a common practice. Moreover, the lady on the phone call sounds unfriendly too.

My young daughter was seen by Suzanne for a check up this week. I can't speak highly enough about Suzanne. She was absolutely brilliant with my daughter, making her feel at ease and included in the visit. Suzanne's check was very comprehensive and she picked up issues that previous therapists and dentists had not.
She took the time to explain some concepts to me in great detail and had some excellent tips and tricks on managing brushing with a stubborn 4 year old.
On top of all of this the surgery and rooms are all so lovely and new.

After many years, and many visits to various dentists, I have finally found a place I am comfortable with. John, Suzanne and the team at The Dental Studio are great. Dental hygiene wasn't a priority as I was never happy with the service and treatment so I only went to the dentist when I had to, now I am a regular customer and both my kids are having braces and treatment plans with the team, I would highly recommend them.
