My mother was booked in for a 5pm appointment and was called to see if she could move her appointment to 4pm. She said no because she finished worked at 4 but could come straight down. The receptionist said that was fine. She arrived at 4:15pm and was told she had missed her appointment and the 5pm was no longer available. Poor communication.

I went to this dentist for a few years but decided to change about a year ago when I was told I needed to get all my wisdom teeth taken out. I decided to get a second opinion as I was having no issues whatsoever with my wisdom teeth and was told removal was not necessary. I found the dentist’s work to be a bit rough and do no recommend the practice.

I received unnecessary dental work from one of their dentists, which they gave me a full refund for. As a result of the work carried out, I suffered several months of discomfort and severe pain. I eventually had to see a specialist to stop the pain costing me $3000.
I called several times hoping to speak to management and discuss reimbursement only for the receptionist to say “he’s far too busy to return your call today” and never spoke to him. Very unprofessional staff and incompetent dentists. Stay clear!
