I purchased some boots, wore them once and one shoe was noticeably tighter and cut in on my foot , within the hour my foot was full of blisters and pain from a this one particular boot that is definitely… faulty! I am so extremely disappointed as I have asked for a refund and the boots to be sent back to the manufacturers to be examined, I have been told there is nothing wrong with the shoe and I wouldn’t get a refund to my disappointment ZOMP haven’t even seen the item , sadly I won’t be shopping there again and either will my friends

I have received the most amazing customer service from Penny and the girls at Zomp. I had an issue with a very uncomfortable purchase, Penny went above and beyond to look into this for me and as much as I didn’t get the desired result from the manufacturer, Penny still very generously gave me a voucher for the full amount. I love Zomp shoes but I love the customer service even more. It’s so hard to get exceptional service these days but not at Zomp. I will certainly keep shopping here always!

Highly recommend Zomp Paddington for anyone looking for stylish shoes at a fair price. My experience with Zomp shoes Paddington so far has been exceptionally incredible. The staff in the store make everything they possibly can to help me, a fussy customer, to find cruelty-free/vegan shoes and also to find the perfect model with all the details I… demand for my personal taste. I would shop even more if Zomp had more vegan options though. Keep doing what you are doing guys, the customer service is amazing and so does the style and quality of the brands you stock!

This is my favourite shoe store in Melbourne. It's where I know I will always find just the pair of shoes I'm after, and that it will be a pleasant experience finding them.
Whether I can actually afford the pair of shoes that I want in here is a different story. Some of the lovelier ones are in the $300 region and up and it isn't often that I can splash that much cash on footwear (much as I'd love to).
The quality and styles are gorgeous and that's what you'll get for your money so I'm absolutely not complaining about the price.
And rather surprisingly

Zomp is fantastic. During the cold winter months here in Melbourne I would find myself staring at the window displays and dreaming of the boots that were inside.
While I am familiar with the other Zomp stores, the Flinders Lane boutique is particularly nice. Walking inside a building with a turn of the century façade you'll find a very minimalist display of shoes, not unlike a gallery space.
This is a pretty clever decision because there are no decorations or features to overwhelm you; your eyes just go straight to the shoes.

It certainly isn't easy to find good shoes here in Melbourne. Sure pleather knock-offs abound, but if you're looking for quality well thats another story all together. I want shoes that will last me years, classic models that will never go out of style. Instead all I seem to be able to find are clunky heels and cheap high street imitations.
This is where Zomp differs. A boutique women's shoe store, it offers cutting edge, premium quality shoes as reasonable prices. The Flinders Lane store features an expansive and well designed space that is perfectly fit out to display the multitudes
