The original bars were quite nice although a little crumbly. I re ordered the NEW formula and find them to be much better.. Being a nutrition advocate I am always looking for a quality clean go to protein bar and these chief bars are exactly what I was looking for.. perfect post training protein hit!

I tried the sample pack. Unfortunately I didn't like any of the products, I found it to be a waste of money. The traditional and chilli Tong and bars didn't taste nice with an almost plastic smell. It didn't live up to my expectations built from the promo video. No different to a cheap Sevro jerky in my opinion. I didn't rate the sweet bars highly either, I found it to be like eating a chalky powder.

If you love to snack on a cold hamburgers the day after a bbq, but wish it had the texture of a raw hamburger, then these are for you, but certainly not for me. I couldn't stomach the taste or the texture. I was so disappointed as I thought these would be a "go to" snack for a meat lover. The Collagen bars taste ok, but are very crumbly. I wouldn't buy them again either.

Ordered some products on 14 August. Their website states I will be sent tracking information. 10 days later I asked for that tracking information, and was advised they had had a glitch where this was not sent. It was followed up with tracking information. This clearly shows my items were not posted until I asked for the tracking information on… 24 August - a full 10 days after I paid. No explanation. No 'oops, we made a mistake'. I have to assume from the fact they didn't take responsibility, that this wasn't a mistake, but a common occurrence. Not a reputable company. Would love to be able

Would have loved to have loved these however I ended up giving both the bar sampler and the billing sampler to a friend for her dog. Awful texture, appearance and taste. I had one bite of each flavour to give them a fair go but couldn't stomach any more than that. Sorry to say that I just gave $40+ of your products away as dog treats. Definitely wouldn't recommend them

I’ve been blown away by the customer service of this company! We bought a sample pack and loved it but had an issue with one of the packages. I let them know for feedback not expecting anything of it. I can say I’ve never experienced this kind of customer service before. Justin and Mary went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and sent multiple replacements to try. I’ll definitely be buying again, they clearly care about pleasing their customers. Plus - the jerky is sensational!!!

I appreciate the quality of ingredients and lack of crap in the bars. Great for a healthy snack, however the flavour of the beef bars are so sickly and I could not stomach it. Chilli option was slightly more bearable but the traditional was too much. Great idea but the flavours need tweaking dramatically as they were overpowering.
