Modern, but timeless. Whether it's a cinema-style home theatre, an opulent sunken bath, or a light-filled atrium that embraces outdoor living, we make sure that no luxury is overlooked in the design process. We negotiate carefully with suppliers to ensure only the best materials and finishes are used, from granite kitchen tops, to Carrara marble bathroom floors, to elegant wood panelling.
The Build took approximately 8 months and consisted of many luxury finishes. The stand out being the excellent brickwork, which won an award with the Boral bricks "think brick awards" in 2015. This Duplex was completed late last year, the job is founded on rock on heavily graded block.
There was a lot of extensive work in the foundations but nothing too tricky for Nitro Building due to its sister company Nitro Civil which has extensive experience with works in the ground.Both dwellings consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, spacious living and entertainment areas with excellent views of the national park.

My husband and I recently purchased a newly completed townhouse built by Alex and Nitro Building. Not having any input on design or fittings we are appreciative of the design and fit out and are delighted with our new home.
