This project was a full renovation of a two storey red brick cottage in a dilapidated state. The original house was owned and built by a local identity that installed a pool in the centre of the house and was infamous for his pool parties. The house later became 4 flats and the pool was filled in. The owners brief was to turn this run down house into a luxury family home for their ever increasing tribe.

This Architecturally designed Dual Occupancy is situated at Connells Point with water views overlooking Oatley Bay. The vacant land was purchased by Greg Harris with the idea of building a prestigious Duplex for sale to clients who wanted to downsize but retain all the luxuries and style of a modern home each duplex has 3 levels.
