BEWARE!!! I would like to warn the public about how BAD communication Master Granny Flats has with their clients. I personally thought this company would be good to use after meeting up with Denny who is a great sales person. But after signing up, paying the deposit and leaving it into their hands to get the ball rolling on our project. They actually looked at our project and decided it was too hard to go to council with it as they feared rejection after some of their other clients projects were rejected with the same council and the worst part was that they didn't even tell me this at the time

Master Granny Flat (MGE) has recently built a granny flat for us. I just want to say a quick thanks to entire team of MGF for their excellent work in building this flat. All the staff from sale, design, accounts and project implementation were very friendly, supportive and provided a great customer service to us. We had some minor issues along the way though, but all were resolved with their support and help. George Bou Serhal who was engaged as a project manager for this project was absolutely awesome - he was extremely responsive and very helpful on all occasion. Thanks

Master Granny Flat has recently completed our granny flat and I'm very happy with quality. Robert and his team was very professional. Denny (salesman) explained the terms and conditions of the contract , and the building process very clearly. Henry (project manager) was very professional and was very patient with our questions and concern. Overall, i’m very happy with the results and i would recommend master granny flat for anyone. I will definitely use their services again for future home projects.

I contacted three granny flat builders before engaging Master Granny Flats to build our granny flat, and I am very pleased with the result. My granny flat is now almost handed over. Although there were ups and downs, overall very happy with the result. From sales, design to construction, all the people I have interacted with are very professional and responsible. Special thanks to Lin for the design/approval and Henry for managing the project. The build quality is great, almost everything I asked for got fixed. Would definitely choose Masters again.
