We are so proud of our facilities at Park Ridge Cat Resort we invite you to come and see it for yourself. Marian & I (Anita) are a mother and daughter team who have a combined 40 years experience in pet boarding facility management. We are both very dedicated in the care and well being of your cat/s.
At Park Ridge Cat Resort we know you want the very best for your cat/s and the peace of mind that comes with knowing they are safe and happy. With this in mind we have created our Luxury Suites. Our luxury suites are decorated and furnished to create the highest level of comfort just like home. The Luxury Suite complex is complemented with a Live Aquarium / Radio and Air Conditioning.
The large majority of Cats actually enjoy the boarding experience. Cats are normally just content to laze around and watch the antics of the outdoor life from their outdoor balcony and those cats that enjoy cuddles and pats can have as much of that as they wish! We offer all our guests 'Royal Canin' a complete super premium dry food meal - We also offer 'wet' food if requested.
Park Ridge Cat Resort is closed on Sundays except for collection / drop off between 8am & 9am ONLY. All public holidays will incur an extra tariff of $2.00 per cat (except during peak periods). Peak period deposits will be forfeited if less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given prior to booking date.

I couldn't recommend this kitty hotel more. We had to make an emergency trip to the UK over Christmas and leave our boy for 3.5 weeks. We were so worried leaving our cat for that long because he is quite timid and very clingy. However, we think he had a better holiday than us. Apparently he made a best friend and was adored by the ladies. He has come home happy, content and settled. They sent us updates about his progress when we emailed for reassurance regarding his eating and some illnesses he has. The rates were affordable and we would happily send him here again.

My whole house recently got flooded due to a burst pipe. The first thing I could think about (after turning off the water) was getting my two fur babies out so I could clean up. I called Anita from Park Ridge Cat Resort and she came and picked them up almost immediately. Anita and Marion cared for my ‘kids’ for 12 days and I can’t thank them… enough. Park Ridge Cat Resort is exceptionally clean and well run and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you again Anita and Marion. You are amazing ladies.

Thank you to Marion and Anita for looking after my much cherished cat. My cat is 13 years old and very wary of new people and places. I was undergoing renovations at home so I placed Casper here for a month and was crying myself when I left her, but I had no reason to worry at all ;-) Casper originally climbed into her box on arrival and wouldn't come out and I was worried. Well, when I returned she was a different cat, sunning herself out on her little cat veranda where she could watch the world go by; she was even playful. My heartfelt thanks to Marion and Anita for looking after Casper so well

I left my 5 month old Kitten here for a month while we were overseas. Upon arrival I had no sooner got him out of the car in his carry case when he was surrounded by staff fawning over him and I hadn’t even got in the door yet The staff really love cats and they do their utmost to make their stay comfortable and put their owners at ease by posting photos on their Facebook page. Each time I messaged them while I was away I got a quick response with a photo . The. cost is very reasonable and there is a feeling of harmony among the staff .
