Acacia Ridge Pet Resort

I have recommended this resort to my clients for many years. I have used them myself for two years in a row now. Easy and excellent communication. She comes home happy, clean and a little bit tired from all the pats and play. Highly recommend 👌

What a terrible experience. I had left my dear furchild at this place for a week and she came back with horrible cough. They could not pick up the call or let us know in advance. The poor thing is suffering from kennel cough. She also smelled bad and was unkempt and was very timid and tired when we got her. Which is usually opposite to her bright and bubbly charachter. Will never recommend this horrible place to anyone nor leave my furchild there again.

We have been taking our pug here for 6+ years and we couldn’t speak more highly of the owner, staff and facilities. They are super responsive to enquiries, show genuine care for animals and we trust they will… always look after our dog. We drive from the Northside just to know our dog is in great hands whenever we are travelling. Would recommend any day!

My friend recommend it, I left my cat there for 2 days. I asked to staff send me photos of him, I could pay extra for it, she told they put it on Facebook page, I started to follow them and go to the page all the time to looking for him but I didn’t see my cat and I didn’t received any photo of him that I asked for. I felt sad because I was worried… to see how he was for couple days. We love our pet so it’s nice receive any information about them. Acacia Ridge Pet Resort offers fantastic service and I can 100% back that your pets will be loved and looked after as they are at home. We have been separated from our dog as we moved interstate which was stressful due to border issues. We were reassured our boy was well and were kept up to date with how he was with regular photos. We have been taking our two dogs to Acacia Ridge Pet Resort for a couple of years and we have been so happy with how well looked after they are. We had them in recently and one of dogs became unwell. The response from the staff was so caring and compassionate and they went over and above with making sure our beautiful dog got seen by a vet as soon as possible and looked after.

We have been going here for many years now with our two dogs. Not only are they well priced but our dogs get excited when we turn into their street. Our dogs absolutely love it here and the employees get so excited to see our girls when we arrive. All the staff are super friendly! Highly Reccomend!

Every time we go on holidays we have had the peace of mind leaving our fur babies at the pet Resort knowing they will be taken great care of and we even get photos of them sent to us which is very special when we are away and missing them. Thank you

My dog violet came home so happy and tired after almost 3 weeks here. The staff are so friendly and Kim was happy to arrange for violet to have her own brand of food which I reimbursed when I picked her up. Highly recommend!

Brought my 2 precious fur babies to ARPR for the first holiday I’ve had since getting them... Was extremely nervous to leave them but thanks to the excellent team at ARPR I returned to 2 VERY happy & well looked after kittens! We have been bringing my beloved animals here for 6 years and will continue to do so. It's very hard to leave your pets behind when going away but there is absolutely nowhere else we would take them. We recently went overseas for two weeks and were sent regularly updates, along with photos and videos of our two boys.
