This delightful cottage sleeps two (2) and features a cosy open brick fireplace, large comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom. At the end of the day watch the sun go down while relaxing on the front verandah or if that doesn't suit you, curl up in front of the fireplace with a bottle of one of the region's splendid wines.

There is a front patio with 3 tables and bench seats where you can sit overlooking the local vineyards and watch the sun go down whilst enjoying a glass of one of the regions award winning-wines. The Lounge room has a log fire, TV and DVD player and four comfortable sofas to sit back and relax in at the end of the day, after spending time either sampling the local wines /produce or simply exploring the local area.
ZUNY (Mongolian word for SUMMER ) is fully self contained and can sleep 4 pax, 2 in the Bedroom and 2 in the Lounge Room. All towels and Linen are provided. The Kitchenette has a Cook Top, Microwave, Small fridge, Toaster, Tea, Coffee Sugar and Milk is supplied. Yurts have been a distinctive feature of life in Central Asia for at least three thousand years.

It's about 2 to 2.5 hour drive. Go via Warwick then onto Stanthorpe take the by-pass.

11 family and friends just spent 3 nights midweek at James Farmhouse. What a fantastic venue , everything you need is there. Nothing was to much trouble from booking to leaving and we can't recommend here for a carefree, perfect location and value for money. Thank you James and Maryanne from the Penn Family.
