They did their job. My main complain is with the pricing. The initial fee was $1,390 + GST + Disbursements. When the second invoice came after settling, some of the "Disbursements" were fees that you would be guaranteed to incur like archiving for 7 years, or the settlement agent fee.
If I buy again, I will try out a fixed price conveyancing company.
