Made the whole process of settlement easy, all online via Rundl which I found worked really well. The team I dealt with, Kim, Nick and Liz, all were fast in there responses, and could talk over the phone to discuss more urgent or complicated when required.

This is the 4th time Lawlab team have helped me with my transactions. This time the team was Nick and Mymy. During this 4th transaction (purchase), the vendor had an absurd request regarding their right after settlement, and it took the realtor almost 2 weeks to negotiate inconveniently with them and their solicitor. Finally, Nick and Mymy team had to step in and got it resolved just before settlement time. Well done!

I'm based in Adelaide and was purchasing in Toowoomba - the issue re distance wasn't a problem due to their prompt and regular email updates and I could reach them on the phone when required. I have bought and sold 11 properties over the years and the service provided by LawLab (and particularly Micaela) stands out head and shoulders above previous conveyancing lawyers (or any professional adviser I've used for that matter).
The LawLab team and the software they used is so efficient and responsive. You know exactly where you are in the process and when things are likely to happen.
