I pro-actively approached to this company and attempted to speak to the agent toward the conveyancing service and quote for my newly purchased property for 2 days. Unfortunately, no one even attempted to follow up with me even I left my contact information. I myself called this company 5 times and finally got an agent to answer my call. Of course, I finally not choose this company as it doesn't value me as a potential customer. Even though I spoke to the director of this company on the phone, I believe she works from home and taking care of baby while having conversation with me. It's really unprofessional

Fantastic service, very patient. I had to update the titles for 2 properties as I had legally changed my name; my bank were a pain in the a$$ and VERY hard to get any contact from; finally Thania was able to contact someone at the parent bank and everything was sorted within a few days.
