Services
Being in the industry as a young lad in a family business, my passion grew which led me to study to become a chef. I completed my apprenticeship at the Watermark Restaurant Balmoral Beach Sydney and The Menzies Hotel in Sydney. This took me on a journey of travelling around the world expanding my skills and building my passion.

AMAZING. We knew as soon as we saw the menu for Good 2 Eat that we needed them for our wedding. Communication and planning was easy and staff on the day were professional and friendly, they even made a special tasting plate so we didn't miss out while getting photos. The food was incredible and we are still getting compliments for our guests. We cannot recommended Good 2 East more highly!

Good to Eat Catering came to the holiday home that we were staying in on the Sunshine Coast to celebrate my 40th birthday event and thanks to Simon and Gus, my family of 11 thought the whole private chef and wait service experience was one of a kind and was just brilliant. We hired Good 2 Eat Catering for a wedding we pulled together in 32days. They were sensational. Gus was so good as far as making sure Bride and Groom were eating and everyone that had dietary requirements was looked after. Kids were rounded up out of the pool to eat their gorgeous sliders. The food and variety and amount was spot on. I was unsure if we would have enough to fill grown men with the selection of 3 Canapés and 3 Fork and Talk and the Grazing table . We recently used these guys for my husband’s 30th and they were nothing short of INCREDIBLE!! They were professional, they arrived on time, extremely helpful in the lead up to the event and designing a feasting… menu, and the food was to die for. We had some pretty big eaters and had so much food left over. I will use them for next function without hesitation.

We replanned our wedding reception about 4 weeks out from the date (22.08.2020), and hubby happened to find Good 2 Eat Catering! We had canapes and fork & talk dishes. The food was AMAZING - I've never been to… a cocktail wedding and had enough food, and these guys managed to bust that myth. We had so many compliments about the food, SO many. It was affordable and amazing value compared to other catering on the coast, the staff were efficient and friendly. At our wedding celebrated in our gorgeous old Queenslander cottage 3 years ago, Simon and his wonderful crew totally took care of the catering. We had such a fabulous party wedding and ALL of our guests… commented on how awesome the food and service was.
