Unlike many caterers, we cook fresh on-site. We work along with the flow of the wedding. At a time pre-agreed, we start out at a flying pace, eager to make sure each of your hungry guests taste a bite from the get-go.
You spent a loooong time thinking about it, and a lot of energy making plans, organising & imagining just what it will be like on the day. We pride ourselves in making traditional Italian pizzas with fresh ingredients in Brisbane & Gold Coast. We make our own dough and hand stretch on site. We have been catering and chefing for more than 10 years.
