At La Diosa - Massage Neutral Bay and Natural Health we use a variety of different types of application (stroking, kneading, squeezing, friction, rocking, shaking, percussion etc). Remedial massage is usually focused on specific problems of musculoskeletal area.
CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system. The craniosacral system is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Each stone is unique and is the product of hours of artistry that has been personalised to your energy and individual needs. Note: Once an order is placed it takes 2-3 weeks to create your personal magic healing stone.

This is my favourite place for me time. The massages are out of this world, the surroundings, the oils and beautiful smells lull you into a luxurious floating experience. My only disappointment is when it is all over, and I have to leave this little haven of luxury.
