I have previously appointed Thomas Property to project manage and construct my Sydney home back in 2016. Dale was fantastic throughout the whole process. I have relocated overseas due to business and moved my family while our house was under construction. The team at Thomas Property assisted with relocation, removal companies and made the process… stress free. All I was responsible for was signing the invoices. They went above and beyond in our relocation which was not part of their job description.

Evelyn and Dale think it’s okay to steal photos from others and use it as their own. @baileybuttonsbrienza had their photo stolen from IG and entered into a contest. They live in the US. Not Australia. They… have a beautiful pup I that looks similar to Bailey, I don’t know why they couldn’t use their own photos. I guess they didn’t think their photography skill were great enough to win. Shame on this company for being so shady. They shared the photos on their company profiles and continued to claim it as their own. This is why I am sharing this review here.

Having seen the efficient, professional manner in which Evelyn and Dale managed my partner's apartment purchase and tenancy, I believed they were the right people to manage my own (recently purchased).
