Our service department is located at 313 Parramatta Road in Haberfield, just 12 minutes away from Sydney's CBD and a couple of minutes away from Five Dock. We are open Monday to Friday, from 7:30am until 5:00pm and accept online bookings 24 hours a day. Once you have booked, a team member will be in contact with you within 1 business hour to confirm your booking time.

Automotive Hospital is available to perform your e-Safety Check for both pink slips and blue slips at our state-of-the-art facility. Pink slip inspections are required in Sydney on an annual basis for all vehicles. We perform pink slip inspections on site in Sydney's inner west, accommodating the Inner West Ashfield, Five Dock, Haberfield, Abbotsford, Summerhill, Petersham, Lewisham, Rhodes, Breakfast Point Croydon, Burwood and Concord regions.

Tim and the team at Automotive Hospital have been taking care of my AMG since I moved to Sydney over a year ago. The reviews speak for themselves & my experience has been no different. They are friendly, helpful and accommodating with very competitive pricing. Workshop is immaculate and full of high-end cars which is always a good sign!

Well where do i start. If i can give this place more than a 5 STAR I definitely would! Tim is such a professional and well mannered mechanic. When i drop off my VW Golf to the workshop i know i have nothing to worry about. It is very hard to find a mechanic who understands and has the knowledge of European cars and most importantly someone who you can trust! Tim takes pride in his work and i have never had a problem what so ever. If anyone is looking for a trustworthy mechanic even if it’s just for a service i HIGHLY recommended Automotive Hospital! For anyone looking for car servicing this is the only place to go. For years we have sort to find an alternative to the servicing offered by our BMW and Mercedes dealership. With a prized M4 we were nervous about not taking it to the dealer when it started to experience some issues. We reached out to the team at Automotive Hospital by email and within 24 hrs they had contacted us, helped with pickup/drop off and couldn't have been more helpful. From the start I was surprised by the time Tim (Owner) put into understanding my concerns and being so transparent about everything even just over the phone.
On the day, my experience was flawless from the time I walked in to the time I got to drive my immaculate coupe out, feeling new again.
Noticed a difference in the way it drove immediately and was for once left feeling like it was money well spent for the items it required.

The most professional, empathetic and loyal service in Sydney. Tim was so understanding to every detail in my car and went above and beyond to help me get the best outcome. Last week I found myself in a difficult situation with my car breaking down on me luckily right outside the Automotive Hospital. I went across the road to seek some assistance and spoke with the manager Tim. He was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs understanding that I was stuck, and explained to me that they were busy but would prioritise to look at my vehicle as soon as the following day- which I found very impressive considering my imposition. When I explained that my car was across the road and I was timid to drive it across because of how bad it's condition was, one of the workers
