Hi I'm Claire, owner, personal trainer & nutrition coach at Collective Fitness. As a mum, i believe that an active, healthy lifestyle is one of the greatest gifts that you can share with your family. Being fit and active with young ones isn't impossible, it just requires a bit of planning and creative problem solving.

By creating the best possible you, you can give back to your busy family. The positive impact of safe and corrective training exercises can absolutely assist you to regain your fitness - adapting an individual program to your needs with the implementation of improved nutrition habits, will ensure you have the tools to stay strong and healthy for life's everyday challenges.

Since 2012, Collective Fitness + Training Studio has been helping both men and women through personal training & nutrition coaching transform their bodies & improve their quality of life. We would like to invite you to experience it as they do. We are well established within the personal training and health industry with over 20 years combined experience.
Balancing a career, family and social commitments take time and energy, which leaves us struggling to find that little bit extra for movement and nutrition. The balance of these has a large impact on your body composition, health and well-being. We probably already know what we should be eating and drinking less of, but often get confused about the right plan, the right way to go about doing it!
Over the last 13+ years as a personal trainer and more recently nutritionist, i have heard hundreds of struggles that clients experience with their nutrition, examples are: Obsessive counting & measuring: macros, calories, protein, grams, water, points, minutes on cardio equipment. A mental preoccupation with eating & food: When will my next meal be?

Discovered Collective Fitness after seeing Conor for a shoulder injury, when it was helped I decided to give Collective a go to get me healthy.
Six months later I'm down over 25kg and the fittest I've ever been! I eat alot more vegetables and the community behind you is amazing, so supportive!
Conor and James have changed my whole outlook! I'd never be where I am without their guidance and support!

I've been competing now since 2007 and have recently moved up to the Women's Physique Division for the International Federation of Body Building (IFBB) and am currently ranked 4th in the World for the amateur league and the highest ranked Australian competitor for this division. I love coming to Melbourne and working out with Dan & Laura at the CF… Training Studio because it's got such a good vibe, the atmosphere is energetic and really contagious! Simply being there makes me want to pick things up...and put them back down again ;) I love their attention to detail, their open-mindedness

I have been training with Joel for about 7 months now, and in that time I have gone from an unhealthy 126.4kg to a healthy, energetic 105.3kg and still losing weight. If you are looking for a place to train that is full of great people that really know their stuff. Then I highly recommend Collective Fitness! I've trained there for the last three months and have seen some great results. My mindset and they way I go about my training has changed for the better! Can't thank the guys enough!
