When I started training with Mike I was recovering from a bad hamstring tear from playing Soccer. I had been doing group fitness classes and some gym work but nothing targeted for the sport and activity I was playing, four games into the season and I suffered the hamstring injury.

As part of rehab Mike spoke to my physio and prepared a structured program to help me strengthen the hamstring but also address some other weaknesses that were limiting my movement.We constantly test and reassess my needs and ensure that I'm ready for each new soccer season. I'm 47 - still playing and put that all down to the hard work I've done with Mike.
Jon is a highly regarded Fitness and Wellness Consultant with a private studio base in Melbourne City, and over 10 years experience in the industry. His training style encompasses using the latest proven training techniques in mind stimulating games and drills. No training session is the same with each client treated in a highly specific manner.
One-on-one Personal training at Jon Weller is focused on above all client results. Our initial focus is on creating a strong core foundation and postural balance to allow each individual to progress to their goals as quickly as possible. All training in tailored to the individual clients current fitness level and past training history.
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university qualified exercise professionals who specialise in the prescription and delivery of clinical exercise and lifestyle modification programs. They possess the knowledge, skills and competency to work with people with chronic and complex diseases, people with injuries, and healthy people who want to get stronger/fitter/healthier.
Osteopathy is a form of manual medicine which recognises the important link between the structure of the body and the way it functions. Osteopaths focus on how the skeleton, joints, muscles, nerves, circulation, connective tissue and internal organs function as a holistic unit. Using skilled evaluation, diagnosis and a wide range of hands-on techniques, osteopaths can identify important types of dysfunction in your body.

Jon Weller completely fixed my back. I had seen chiros and physios for years, and went to a naturopath for help, and her recommendation was Jon (as he fixed her husband’s back). He is so skilled, he listens, and progresses you carefully, yet knows when to step up your routine to make you stronger with excellent technique: he is remarkable. And a kind, friendly and generous person. He improved my stamina, strength and cardio fitness, and I exercise every day now without fear of injury.
