Lillian daff is not only a extraordinary travel agent but extraordinary person to match!
I contacted Lillian a few weeks ago in relation to trying to exercise a Thai pass now that international travel has resumed but will a lot of obstacles & conditions!
Lillian not only took the role on for a reasonable fee but as we quickly realised it was a minefield it only made her more determined working tirelessly, working through evenings & at one point spending most of her morning on the phone to the Thai embassy!
After refusing to let the system defeat her she finally delivered on all my requirements

I had to undertake a series of emergency flights during the COVID lockdown from Melbourne to the UK and back. Lillian from Knox travel , she is amazing woman. I used Knox travel every time to fly overseas before pandemic. I have received fantastic service from her. In 2020 march during Australian Boarder shutdown, I was overseas , I had to catch last minute flight to enter Australia , I tried every travel agent in overseas and nothing happened , BY the grace of Almighty ALLAH I found Lillian. It was after-hours , I called her from my WhatsApp number , she was driving from work to home.
