Wonderful staff and amazing helpful people. Shanan and Anca were wonderful in helping me pick out the car and options I wanted and helping me get the finance I needed to make repayments manageable! This was my first time getting a brand new car and applying for a major loan and the team at Browns Plains MG made the experience as stress-free and easy to understand as I think it could be, if I ever feel like upgrading or anyone I know is looking at getting a new car I know who I'll be recommending!

I need small car on urgent basis and I found out that only MG have car insurance in stock, all others wait to me is too long. So, I paid deposit $500 for MG3 core on 27th Nov 2021 and the salesman said the delivery will be on Monday, they gave me an invoice of car to make bank cheque. On Monday @2:00 PM i made a bank cheque by paying $12 in the name of MG motors Browns Plains. After that i called them and they said they are too busy so come tomorrow for delivery, I agreed on that. Tuesday morning i received msg saying that the cheque should be in name of HG innovation pty ltd. In the receipt given

Don't buy a car from here if you want any type of aftersales care. The sales team are great but once you sign the papers, you better hope the car hasn't got any faults because they make it basically impossible to get your money back. Even if your car is extremely unsafe. The manager for here is also terrible, MG Springwood are better. They also have many disgruntled Browns Plains customers go there.

I cannot believe the lack of service at MG Brown Plains.I couldn’t even get a test drive of the car I wanted, then they couldn’t guarantee a delivery date, not even the month of delivery so had to buy the next model up. Then when I had an issue with the car I couldn’t get a loan car,3 times. It seems customer service isn’t their forte .
