I was at this dealership over the weekend. There was a car my boyfriend and I were interested. However, the dealer (I believe his name is Peter) is very rude. He came and chat with us when we first got in, and implied if we did not have enough money or not worked out the budget 100%, we should walk away. At that point, we have already felt we were being insulted. But due to the fact the car he had there was one of the car that suited our budget, therefore we worked out the budget by ourselves after 15 mins. I recently catch a plain. to brisbane with my gal friend Anne mccallum and tru blue motors was the best picked me up from air port very friendly and nice patient people helped me with appsolutley everything got finance even got a flat tyre and they came and helped me outside of hours appsolutley treated me with respect was the best place to get my car will definitely be going there again

Extremely unprofessional, Do not recommend these guys at all. I was pretty happy with the car except for the hail damage I wasn’t told about before seeing the car, but the way I was treated and disrespected by the salesmen really turned me off it. I couldn’t trust a word they said. Also had trouble with getting my deposit back. Tru Blue Motors honestly need to wake up to themselves and find better salesmen and actually inspect the cars before selling them. Poor effort fellas.

Great customer service from Joel who negotiated a great price for the car I wanted. He also drove the car out to me to inspect and test drive. When the transaction went through, Joel and Peter drove the car out to me in their personal time with no extra cost. Throughout my experience, communication was great and effective.
