I have built with Grand Pacific Homes twice now and would build with them again. For my most recent build I came to Grand Pacific with a concept design from an architect. After receiving several quotes over-budget, they were able to help refine the design to an affordable build whilst maintaining the majority of our original concept.
During the build Mark and Clint were always contactable and were always consultative making sure the finishes were what we were after. I felt I was always part of the build process and despite frequently working away was always kept up to date.

The team from Grand Pacific Homes are so wonderful. Right from the beginning we had such a positive experience building. You hear of horror stories and how stressful it is but with Grand Pacific Homes we had such a smooth and rewarding build. All trades used were very polite and more than happy to answer questions. The office staff are more than happy to talk to you and quick to respond to questions. The quality of the finishes are very impressive. Will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend
