Marksman Homes has been building quality homes since 1967 in the Wollongong, Illawarra, South Coast, Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands, Macarthur, Camden and South West Sydney regions. We specialise in split-level homes, single and double storey project homes, custom design homes, knock-down rebuild, dual occupancy and duplex homes.
In many cases, a standard design may not suit your requirements. A Marksman Homes custom design can provide a floor plan layout that is designed specifically to suit your block of land, budget and lifestyle. From the comfort of our head office, share your ideas with our Building Designer so we can begin creating your dream home.
The advantages of dual occupancy can be both financially rewarding as well maximising the use of your available land. There are many other reasons you may decide to build another dwelling on your land as well. Yes we can take care of the surveyor, conveyancer/solicitor, and Sydney Water approved service provider.
Marksman Homes have so many house designs it would be impossible to display all of the homes available. But you can visit our display centres to view a selection of our homes and talk to our knowledgable staff about your personal home requirements. Alternatively if you can't make it down to our display centres you can visit our head office and talk to our onsite staff about your requirements.

Very impressive service 2 years after construction.
We bought a Marksman home which was in mint condition except for some very minor, non-life-threatening defects. The agent suggested I contact Marksman. I did but expected to be ignored. I wasn't.
To my astonishment (and gratitude), Marksman fixed them all and a couple more that they found. Clearly customer service is one of advantages of choosing a local builder with a proud local reputation to maintain. Very impressed.
