Queensland legislation states all employers are to maintain an insurance Policy for all staff with WorkCover Queensland unless they can meet the requirement for self-insurance. As we are a registered company with WorkCover QLD our cost are automatically covered within the insurance policy and we invoice WorkCover Qld directly with a copy of the invoice going to the company.
