Gold Coast Detox is a private and confidential drug and alcohol addiction management centre for detoxification located on the Gold Coast. Clients are offered drug and alcohol withdrawal in a relaxed non-clinical, retreat-style home environment. We focus primarily on the addiction withdrawal process and value privacy, care and understanding.
We specialise in drug and alcohol withdrawal and treatment, so we focus on your acute care during your detox process and plan with you a comprehensive treatment plan to ensure sustainable long term recovery. Our staff are devoted to getting you through the initial stages of your detox in the most comfortable way possible.
Gold Coast Detox and Rehab Services is a private, independent Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) provider. Any Veteran with a Gold or White card can be admitted to our service. We offer a quiet, private and confidential service for X-military personnel who require specialised treatment for PTSD-related mental health conditions and addiction management.
Gold Coast Detox and Rehab Services can assist clients with alcohol and drug treatment from any major city in Australia. Gold Coast Detox and Rehab is located less that 30 minutes from Coolangatta airport and 90 minutes from Brisbane airport on the Gold Coast. One of our staff can pick you up anytime of the day from either airport if you live in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin or any other interstate location.
We also believe addiction recovery responds well to specialised medical intervention alongside complementary therapies. For this reason, all clients are offered complementary therapies for their withdrawal and rehabilitation phases as a personal choice. Pharmacotherapy/Opiate Substitute withdrawal (Biodone, Methadone, Buprenorphine, Suboxone).

After many years of heavy drinking I found myself in a cycle of abuse which was at the time out of control so I decided to make the decision of permanent sobriety. I looked at many rehabilitation centres in Australia and Overseas .... they either didn't suit my circumstances or were inappropriate and I could see that the chances of relapse were pretty high after leaving; after all I wanted this decision to stick and be a permanent lifestyle for my wellbeing, and I wanted to be able to access aftercare facilities to secure the choice. Gold Coast Detox and Rehab is completely different to any other detox I have been to. I have paid huge money in the past for other services in excess of $7000 a day. Gold Coast Detox is very well priced compared to their competitors and they beat them hands down. I have been to other detoxes, but I tried the Gold Coast Detox for one more crack at rehab. So what's the difference? I can't give away any trade secrets but the team are from top to bottom the most extraordinary people. The management are hands on every day and incredibly in touch. I found the answers I needed to know by the time I left
