My parents did have a bad experience with this firm however the owner Tom intervened and the issue was quickly resolved to both parties satisfaction. A positive outcome for all.

Amazing service! Attention to detail, great price and cleaned up after fixing the toilet. Sam was on time, communicated the process and provided updates. Paul was spot on with booking time, estimated price to fix the blocked toilet from the boys dropping the clip on toilet cleaner into the toilet and then flushing it. Called right before Christmas and had a booking for someone to come out today between 10 and 12. Paul came bang on 10am, took his shoes off without prompting and listened to the problems. He explained everything (parts, cost etc) before hand and throughout, cleaned up after fixing each part. Couldn't have asked for better service, punctuality and at least for me and the job, I found it reasonably priced. Would recommend and will be using them again based on this experience! Thanks Paul and co!

The Plumb Local team are the best. Finding a quality, reliable plumber is always hard. Once I met Tom and his team, plumber for life! I had a major sewer collapse that affected the 4 units on my block. Plumb Local had the issue resolved within a few days! (Was 2.5m underground!) along with restoring all fencing and concrete paths that needed to be removed for the works. I cannot recommend anyone better.

Came to our house to fix a problem. Charged us, but told us they didn't know how to fix the entire problem and told us to Google it. I totally understand they still did work and are entitled to their payment. But, not happy with the way they told us to find someone else or do our own research, if I could do that, I wouldn't have spent $300 for a half finished job. Felt scammed by the end of it.
