Would not recommend this company for any work based on our experiences over the past 5 months. Although the plumber was personable and the work completed looks to be good quality, the communication and timeliness has been terrible.
From quoting the work to starting the work (for blocked pipes and low water pressure) we waited over a month after putting down a deposit. Then the job ended up being more involved than anticipated and the parts needed were not ordered correctly leading to an unfinished job 5 months later. Paid up front full amount to repair and reinstate a storm drain - yes had to wait for a few weeks for pool company to move pipes but 4 months on they keep cancelling not showing up - not letting you know that they don’t show up Multiple calls texts and emails and no response or communication They have taken my money and still not fulfilled their work ... Keep away from these guys absolute nightmare
