Core, Strength, Cardio, Balance, Flexibility. Resistance Bands, Boxing & Kickboxing, Beach Fitness, and Awesome varied locations! In a fun, social, group environment, in the great outdoors, at Tickle Park in Coolum Beach, on the Sunshine Coast. Bring your bub, in a pram, walking around, with toys, whatever your needs are with your kids, SSPT can accommodate, whilst still giving you a chance to get your fitness done! Great bunch of girls to workout and have a laugh with.
Inquire with your preferred days and times and i'll get back to you, as current clients sometimes swap days, times aren't always permanent with each one, etc, etc. Other fitness times, outside of above Group times, can also sometimes be organised, so please don't hesitate to ask. Personal training sessions are usually 1 hour, depending on the clients and intensity of the session.

Simon was a great trainer and created a fun and safe environment for me to start training again. After having my second baby SSPT gave me my confidence back to get fit again.

Great and varied workouts. Heaps of times all through the week. Very fair on price and calculating sessions used. Uses amazing locations around Coolum. Would highly recommend Simon and SSPT. Great trainer which translates into a great crew at the sessions.
