Nothing is too much trouble, I was a first time tenant when I signed up to rent our property and infinite made the whole process so stress free, they explained things to me so I didn’t get confused and throughout the last two years have always been so friendly. Emma who initially showed us the house is an asset to your company. Simon has also been a star in the past helping us with the odd issue here and there. From viewing the property, completing the paperwork, to collecting the keys & moving in, this company have been a pleasure to deal with. They made the whole process so simple. Any issues with the property have been dealt with in a timely manner, with updates provided throughout & checks to see the jobs have been completed to a standard we are happy with. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Property management at its finest. I used another management company before who I wasn’t happy with. After speak with infinite property it was an easy and stress free decision to make.
