Our sessions are capped and our coaches are experts at tailoring every session to match your strength, fitness and experience levels. You'll be taught correct techniques, the workouts will be adjusted when needed and we'll help bring out the best in you, guaranteed! HFPT was born from both a passion for human performance and a desire to help people and since opening our doors in 2012 we have helped over 1,000+ people just like you transform their health and reach their health, fitness and performance goals. Our mission is to provide the highest quality coaching, education and support to empower our clients to reach their goals and sustain their progress for the long-term.
The majority of gyms and fitness centres operate on the 'Pile em high, sell em cheap' model where they sell as many memberships as they can without a care in the world of whether their members show up or get the help and support that they need. That model drives us crazy! Here at HFPT we keep our sessions capped and only open limited spots to ensure that all of our clients get the help, support and guidance that they need to reach their goals.
Growing up as an athlete I never had the chance to work with strength and conditioning coaches until I was already competing at the professional level and I always thought about how much myself and other young athletes would have benefitted from such programs at a younger age.

It is our aim to provide professionally led training sessions for youth athletes aged 11 to 17 wanting to get fitter, stronger, faster for their chosen sports while improving their overall athletic ability and reducing the risk of non-contact injuries.Our sessions are designed to bridge the gap that these young athletes need cross in order reach their full potential.
To be explosive and powerful on the field you need to be both fast and strong. Our school holiday training sessions will help you become exactly that by teaching you the right warm ups and training techniques to help improve your speed, power, agility, coordination and confidence.

This program is for athletes aged 11 to 17 years old and places are strictly limited to just 10 athletes per session to ensure each athlete gets the coaching they need without getting lost in a big group.We will also be focusing on exercises designed to help improve joint stability, balance, coordination and minimise soft tissue injuries.

Absolutely love these guys. Coaches are super helpful and really know there stuff. So far i've attended for a few weeks. I'm absolutely loving the different range of exercises that are challenging, it's not just running squats and lunges, there is a real focus on making sure you get a good range of movements to strengthen muscles i've never used before LOL. Easy to book in and excellent cleanliness between classes as well. Looking forward to getting even stronger and fitter.

I came to Holeshot for online nutrition and health coaching. Ben put together a food plan and exercise program for me and helped me understand the importance of calories in my diet. During this time he regularly checked in on me through the phone and messages. I found Ben extremely knowledgeable and well researched. In the 12 weeks I managed to lose weight, and lower my cholesterol! Ben has given me tools that I will use everyday for the rest of my life to make decisions around nutrition and exercise.
