Musson Jewelers had unfortunately had poor service and I did not receive what was looking for. staff came across as rude, cold were unfortunately did not provide with much help. Pricing is very high and unreasonable for jewellery that certainly lacks style and is not special in any way. They did not have a wide range of quality, unique jewellery and did not stock any watches. Very disappointed, had higher hopes for this store. Unfortunately I will not be shopping here in the future and would recommend checking out other stores. Was not fond of my experience there. I wish Musson Jewelers best of

Unhelpful, condescending, dismissive. I was barely shown any diamonds or rings because Robert Musson could not move past a question I had about lab grown diamonds. Asking for his sales pitch should have been a softball but instead he acted exasperated and told me I was more like a "mystery shopper" and wasn't intending on buying anything. At least he made sure of the latter.

Incredibly happy with the stunningly exquisite cognac and pink Argyle diamond ring which was created by Musson Jewellers especially to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It is absolutely beautiful as a single piece, but having also been superbly crafted to fit with my unique Musson engagement and wedding rings, it highlights them too. For the last 30 years people have been telling me they love my Musson rings, and with the new addition, the compliments are continuing!
