Unprofessional. Drilled holes in my engine bay and didn't use any "corrosive preventive compounds". Left swarf through entire engine bay which ultimately turned to rust. They did not call me when my truck was ready and it would have been left outside to potentially be stollen. Zero customer to installer "progress feedback" along the way. They wired up my driving lights opposite to the way I requested. It was a far better business before these clowns took over. In and out rodeo

Critical: Professionalism
I was charged $267 for 2 hours labour to diagnose a cold start fault. Was told it was a faulty part, they said $600 to replace. I change the part myself at a considerably less cost only to find the fault was not fixed. Complete rip off merchants who failed to even find the problem.

We had an old ute that was not in great condition, it then was completely submerged in brackish, muddy creek water and it took a couple of weeks before we could get it in to the garage. They were able to get it running better than it has been in a decade! Absolute magicians! Their communication was excellent, they set a budget and when we got close they came back with an estimate to complete, very transparent & honest. Well done Doug, Dan & the team.

Absolute pleasure to deal with . Doug went out of his way to keep costs down for work on my old Astra without compromising quality. Extremely honest and great advice regarding what to do with the old car moving forward. Top bloke too. Wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone. I should have taken my car to them first.

As a female car owner I find it often unpleasant to do any car related maintenance sadly due to male arrogance & overuse of jargon that makes us girls feel silly & uncomfortable for no reason
I didn’t feel anything like that at Woy Woy electrical and had my car issue fixed on the spot.

I recently had a problem with my car alarm when visiting the petrol station next door, I couldn't get the car started again. The wonderful guys at Woy Woy auto electrics came to my rescue, turns out the battery terminals were dirty and loose, these guys had me on the road again very quickly. In future if I need any electrical work done to my car I'll go straight there. Very good people to deal with.
