If there is less than 0 i will give it to this airport.we had to wait 7 hours before the flight take off, because there were a fault on the system. They didn’t try to get a technician to fix the problem. They did 300 passengers manually.
The whole airport were closed.
Don’t think to come to Brisbane in your life at all .
Extremely disappointed about the whole service in this state.
No duty free, no nothing, worst airport ever

Parked in the waiting area, which was fine but had trouble trying to pay as we were there awhile waiting on the plane to arrive. Went to pay and my husband couldn't work out where to put the money and by the time it accepted my card it had gone up another $5.00 in a matter of minutes. What a rip off.

Great experience. The airport was pretty quite even after the border opening. Not many people around and all eateries were closed. Social distancing was being maintained by everyone. The checkin process was pretty smooth. They are checking all the documents required for your destination before the check in counter.

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean facilities. Due to COVID all shops and cafes were closed in the evening on Level 4 Departures area.
The shops after security clearance were open however the cafes after security clearance were also closed in the evening time.
There are lots of vending machines.
Overall the airport is well structured and planned. There is lots of parking however due to COVID only ground floor parking is open which is ample space. The terminal access is also from ground floor.
