I had parked with Alpha numerous times, and had never encountered any issues until now.
I left my vehicle with Alpha, and returned to find it had damage to the front and rear on the right hand side of my VW Golf. I luckily had timestamped photos of the car on the day I left as it was a brand new purchase, (from the day prior to parking it with Alpha).
Before leaving with my vehicle, I met with the owner of Alpha Parking and explained the situation, and as we spoke near my vehicle, he watched me wipe away the white paint marks from the damage. The owner, whose name is Andrew, refused to take any

Still waiting for a return phone call from Andrew the Manager in relation to the worst car detail I've ever had. I have called and sent 3 emails even a back up email and not once have I had a return phone call from him . My whole car was full of polish and I couldn't see out my windows let alone the dust still on my dash . If this matter isn't sorted ill be taking legal action . This is wrong and you should be ashamed of the way you have handled this for such a good little business

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Easy to book online. When I arrived, they knew who I was and it was so fast to pay and hand over the keys then the shuttle bus took me straight to the airport. When I got back, the bus was waiting for me and the car was parked right out the front all clean and ready to go, picked up the keys and away I went. So fast and absolutely amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend and will go back again! 10/10

Convenient and cheap parking, so close to the airport. Just park vehicle next to the office and staff move the vehicle to carpark spot. Excellent for those who are in a rush. Short wait time for shuttle. Will use again and recommend. Just a note, the ground is gravel and has pot holes around so may not be suitable for low vehicles.
