I got to my destinations safely and without major disruption. However, there were a couple of not so amazing moments that make me give 3/5. On my way into Tulum, I asked the driver if I could swing by and grab one of my friends who was going to be staying with me. She was about 1 block off course from the route we were already taking. I didn't think it was a problem since as a premium rider it said I could stop at a convenience store if I wanted at no extra charge, so why not stop to grab her. I had high hopes for this company. when we arrived in cancun we easily found where to meet our shuttle, in a sea of other shuttle services. that wasn’t the issue. when we landed i called them while waiting in line at customs to let them know we were here just making our way to them. now i knew there wasn’t going to be just one driver waiting for us but after about 45 minutes of waiting once we checked in in person they told us there was no drivers and we needed to wait another 10-15 min. so after 55 minutes waiting we finally got our ride. 1 star for the trip to our resort. 5 stars for our

After our arrival in Cancun the process was seamless. Our driver was courteous/personable and the service was impeccable. Upon departure from our hotel, the driver arrived 30 mins early which was fine. The driver did not have any information about our airline so didn't know where to go once we got to the airport. I informed him we needed to go to Swift Air, he was not familiar with them. As we approached the airport the sign said Terminal 3 but the driver took us to Terminal 4. I informed him we needed to go to Terminal 3. BE CAREFUL The outside of the actual terminals do not have any airline signs

The worst taxi service. I landed at midnight. The ordered taxi was not there despite the confirmation of Mario who said they would be watching the flight arrival times. No response upon my emails. Got stuck at airpot and had to take another cab

We booked a private van for our return round trip to Playa del Carmen. It was a bit crazy finding the eTransfer team when we exited the airport but we did manage to get them and had a great ride. The return trip was perfect - the driver was right on time. I'd use eTransfers again and definitely book via the web in advance.

Easy, fast, and comfortable! We flew into Cancun and booked a private van to Riu Palace Las Americas. Recommend using WhatsApp to communicate with the representatives. Very responsive and easy to deal with, too - professional and friendly. We barely waited at all. Very reasonably priced for the type of service provided. Will use again!!

This was hands down the easiest transportation experience we've had in Mexico. I booked it online easily and when I accidentally messed up the arrival time I needed them to pick me up at I started a live chat with someone online and it was extremely clear and fluent in English. They were there with a very clear sign when we arrived at Puerto Juarez and we took a nice air conditioned van alone to the airport. Our driver was incredible and very helpful! Plus it was extremely cost effective ($29 to the airport) in comparison to other transportation we've used in the past!!!

We had amazing experience booking taxi with them to transport from Cancun airport to our resort. They were punctual with time and their taxis are neat and clean. Their drives are well spoken and very mannered. I would definitely recommend eTransfers for taxi booking. They before hand provide all communication like where and when they will pick us up based on our travel itinerary.
