Our Newtown bath house is available for private bookings or group bookings of up to 4 guests, including a Hot Spa, Sauna, Steam Room and Shower facility. Arezoo believes in a multifaceted approach to all her treatments. Through energy infused, healing hands, a profound sense of relaxation and rejuvenation envelope you. Arezoo holds a diploma in beauty therapy and has been a practicing therapist for over 12 years. She is a reiki teacher, with an extensive theta healing training, in addition to unconditional love healing.

I have just enjoyed a wonderful 90min massage with Nim. It was fabulous. So relaxing and also so therapeutic. The best massage I have had!
The other amazing aspect that was wonderful for me was being able to book in really quickly, as in same day, which helped so much as we were here on a quick holiday and this has made it a wonderful holiday. Thanks Nim and team.

I will not go anywhere else for a massage. Jameson was one of the best masseuses I have ever had. He used such a variety of techniques in a single session unlike I have ever had before. This is my second time at Nature's Energy and they're incredibly consistent in maintaining a high quality bar - a hard thing to do given massages can be so hit or miss usually.

I have to say my massage was one of the worst I have ever received unfortunately. It was a complete waste of not only my money but also my time. I actually felt bored, and was just waiting for it to finish. Im not sure what i experienced, but it wasnt a massage. And it was not worth what i paid. Very disappointed.
