Today me and my best friend were booked in for a pamper day here and had booked the appointment yesterday and confirmed at 9:30am this morning via text message. Only to receive a call at 12:19 when our booking was for 12:20 saying that our booking had been given to someone else and that we could not come in. We were told that our confirmation came in at 9:30 on their system but she was to busy to call us and let us know that our booking was cancelled. We had both travelled an hour to get there and were pretty much out the front of the building when we got this call. This service is simply unacceptable

SIMPLY AMAZING! I received a Groupon package voucher for use at Spa & Sport and it was excellent. I bought the same package for my partner (80 mins) and we did it on the same day. We were very impressed with the service and facilities. The only negative was our day was overcast so time in the pool was a bit chilly. Marzena did my massage and she was so accommodating and made me feel so at ease! The heated massage bench was great too (a first for the both of us). I would recommend this to everyone!

Great experience. The staff were exceptional and very accommodating. It was my fiance's birthday and they went out of their way to put a candle in a cake for him after our treatment. Made him feel very special. The massages were beautiful, so relaxing and overall an amazing experience. Definitely recommend and will be back. Being able to use the facilities (spa, pool and sauna) before and after treatment was an extra luxury.

Pros: I have had a few massages in my time but this was by far one of the best I have ever received! My masseuse (not sure of her name) was incredible and made me feel super relaxed. Unlike other massages, this one actually went on for the allocated time and was worth every dollar.
The rooms were well decorated, clean and modern including the relaxation room where you can sit before & after your treatment. I thought that room was a really nice touch.
Cons: The facilities are sub par.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Suzanna and her team, 15 of us visited the Day Spa last Thursday, they were so welcoming and accommodating to our big group and needs. What an amazing day spent by the pool, drinking champagne and getting pampered all day. Thank you Suzanna and team we will definitely visit again.
